If you talk about the work of Charles Nedder, he started working at the age of 12 Delivering Newspapers in his neighborhood. He did many jobs as a teenager, Selling Shoes for Fayva Shoes, Printing T-Shirts for Soft as a Grape, Inventory at Christmas Tree Shops. In college at Boston University he did Telephone Sales and after graduating opened his own business in Rye Brook, NY. In 2003 on the advice of a client, Charles entered real estate. Always a people person, Charles has continued to expand his connections and now enjoys clients and friends all over the world.
